超低粘度羧甲基纤维素(ULVCMC)是一种特种的羧甲基纤维素,主要应用于造纸、食品饮料、医药制剂、纺织印染等领域,可以增加固 c565形物含量、而又减少粘度的增加。统计资料显示,仅在造纸领域,国内超低粘度羧甲基纤维素的年用量即在万吨以上。
本项目以木浆粕为原料,经电子束辐射降解和进一步的羧甲基化反应,制备了超低粘度羧甲基纤维素,其中电子束辐射降解技术为此项目的关键技术之一。辐射降解其优点在于可以通过控制辐射剂量精确控制降解程度,有利于产品粘度的一致性控制。降解过程在常温下连续化进行,工艺简单、可靠、安全,且不产生废源污染。辐射降解不仅可以降低纤维素的聚合度,还可以提高纤维素的反应可及度。与常规双氧水降解法相比,本项目生产过程安全,无爆炸隐患,产品质量稳定,生产效率高。
该方法制备的羧甲基纤维素醚化度均匀,纯度≥99%,取代度≥0.96;粘度低,2%水溶液粘度≤15mPa.s,4%水溶液粘度≤38mPa.s,水溶性好。由于粘度极低,有利于配制高固含量、高流动性的水性液体体系。
本项目用木浆粕代替精制棉使原材料的成本下降40%,进而使得制造成本比使用现有传统工艺生产方式降低30%左右,生产效率大幅提高。该工艺避免了常规化学降解法工艺可能带来的污染问题,易于工业化生产,可大幅降低生产成本,对于促进超低粘度羧甲基纤维素制备及应用技术发展具有重要价值。
本项目单套生产装置投资约需100万元,可年生产超低粘度羧甲基纤维素500吨,年产值约为1000万元,年利润约为260万元。

The ultra-low viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose is a special kind of carboxymethyl cellulose. It is mainly used in papermaking, food and beverage, pharmaceutical preparations, textile printing and dyeing and other fields. It can increase solid content and reduce the increase of viscosity. Statistics show that only in the field of paper, the domestic ultra-low viscosity of the amount of carboxymethyl cellulose that is more than 10,000 tons .
In this project, the ultra-low viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose was prepared by using wood pulp as raw materials by electron beam radiation degradation and further carboxymethyl modification. Electron beam radiation degradation technology is one of the key technologies for this project. It has the advantage of precisely controlling the degree of degradation by controlling the radiation dose.
It is beneficial to the consistency control of product viscosity.The degradation process is carried out continuously at normal temperature. The process is simple, reliable and safe, and does not produce waste pollution. Radiation degradation not only reduces the degree of polymerization of cellulose, but also increases the responsiveness of cellulose. Compared with the conventional hydrogen peroxide degradation method, the production process of this project is safe, no explosion hazard, product quality is stable and the production efficiency is high.
The viscosity of carboxymethyl cellulose prepared by this method is uniform, the purity is ≥99%, the degree of substitution is ≥0.96; the viscosity is low(the viscosity of 2% aqueous solution is less than 15mPa.s and the viscosity of 4% aqueous solution is less than 38mPa.s)and the water solubility is good. As the viscosity is extremely low, it is conducive to the preparation of high solid content, high mobility of water-based liquid system.
This project using wood pulp instead of refined cotton to reduce the cost of raw materials by 40%。And then the manufacturing cost is reduced by about 30% compared with the existing traditional production method。Its production efficiency has been substantially improved。This process avoids the pollution problems caused by conventional chemical degradation process. It is easy to industrialize and can significantly reduce production costs. It is of great value to promote the preparation and application of the ultra-low viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose。
The investment in this project is about 1 million Yuan, and it can produce over 500 tons of ultra-low viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose. The annual output value is about 10 million Yuan, with an annual profit of about 2 million 600 thousand Yuan.
