本项目采用热致相分离致孔技术、双向拉伸技术和辐射交联技术制备了具有宽安全温度窗的单层自关闭功能的聚乙烯基锂离子电池隔膜。该型隔膜的破膜温度达到220℃以上，自关闭温度为140~145℃，安全温度窗宽度达到75℃以上。常规可自关闭三层复合隔膜（PP/PE/PP）的破膜温度为160~165℃以上，自关闭温度为130~135℃，安全温度窗宽度为30~35℃。二者相比，本项目隔膜可以更有效地保障锂离子电池的安全性能，且生产工艺简单，成本更低。对于提高锂离子电池的安全性能能和促进新能源电动汽车及其它相关产业的发展具有重大价值。
统计资料显示，2015年国内锂离子电池隔膜用量已达6.2亿平方米，较2014年增长36%。增长部分主要来源于新能源纯电动汽车的强劲发展，而汽车用动力锂电隔膜主要依赖进口。按照2015年纯电动汽车25万辆的产量测算，当前动力锂电隔膜用量约为2.5亿平方米，市场价值约为12.5亿元。按照国家规划目标2020年产纯电动汽车150万辆预期，国内动力锂电隔膜用量将达到15亿平方米，市场价值约75亿元人民币。市场前景巨大。
本项目拟先期投资1.3亿元投资建设一套可复制的年产3000万平方米安全型动力锂电隔膜示范生产线，预期可实现年产值1.5亿元，利税7000万元。并为进一步更大规模的产业化开发奠定基础。投资资金拟通过引进合作方投资5000万元，申请银行贷款5000万元，申请科技资金3000万元筹措。

In this project, a single layer lithium ion battery separator with self closing function having wide safe temperature window was prepared by thermal induced phase separation technique, biaxial stretching technique and radiation crosslinking technique. The film breaking temperature of the separator reaches above 220℃, and the self closing temperature is 140~145℃, and the width of the safety temperature window is above 75℃. The breaking film temperature of the three layer composite membrane (PP/PE/PP) which is normally used can be closed is 160~165, the self closing temperature is 130~135, the safety temperature window is 30~35. Compared with the two, the project can more effectively protect the safety performance of lithium ion battery, and the production process is simple, lower cost. It is of great value to improve the safety performance of lithium ion batteries and promote the development of new energy electric vehicles and other related industries.
Statistics show that in 2015 the amount of lithium ion battery separator has reached 620 million square meters, compared with 2014 growth of 36%.Part of the growth is mainly from the strong development of new energy pure electric vehicles. The car uses power lithium battery separator is mainly dependent on imports. According to 2015 pure electric vehicles 250 thousand yield estimates, the current amount of power lithium battery separator is about 250 million square meters. Market value is about 1 billion 250 million yuan. According to the national planning target of 2020 with an annual output of 1 million 500 thousand units of pure electric vehicles is expected, the domestic power lithium battery separator amount will reach 1 billion 500 million square meters. Market value is about 7 billion 500 million yuan. Market prospect is great.
This project intends to invest 130 million yuan in advance to build an annual output of 30 million square meters of lithium ion battery separator production line. It is expected that annual output value is about 150 million yuan, profit and tax is about 70 million yuan. And the foundation is estabilished for further large-scale industrial development. The investment fund intends to introduce partners to invest 50 million yuan, bank loans 50 million yuan, 30 million yuan to raise funds for science and technology.
