(中文) 本项目以天然纤维素浆粕为主要原料，基于电子束辐射降解技术，制备了纤维素氨基甲酸酯。生产效率高，占地面积小，成本低。产品氮含量为1.5~3.0%，碱溶性好，胶液纺丝性能优良。产品主要用于粘胶纤维、赛璐珞膜、火腿肠包装膜、海绵等再生纤维素制品的生产。可代替污染严重、能耗高的纤维素化学降解活化和磺原酸酯化过程。是一项典型的节能降耗环保项目。
目前国内粘胶纤维工业等相关行业每年大约消耗纤维素浆粕200万吨以上，用于通过纤维素黄原酸酯工艺制备粘胶纤维、赛璐珞膜、火腿肠包装膜、海绵等再生纤维素制品。但该过程涉及纤维素化学降解过程和大量二硫化碳、烧碱、硫酸等化学药剂的使用和排放，环境污染严重，能耗高，亟待技术改造。本项目可有有效解决该行业的环境污染和高能耗问题，按照国内当前状况测算，本项目每套生产装置约需投资2000万元，可年处理纤维素浆粕3至4万吨，可节约能耗30%以上，可节约化学药剂消耗20%以上。全国约需本项目生产装置60台套以上，市场价值约在12亿元以上，具有较大的市场开发价值。
本项目主要针对粘胶纤维及其他相关企业进行技术转让。

In this project，cellulose amino formic acid ester is prspared by using EB radiation degradation and taking natural cellulose pulp as the main raw material. The project have a lot of advantages of high production efficiency, small area covered, low cost. The nitrogen content of the product is 1.5~3.0%, alkali solubility is good, and the spinning performance of gel is excellent. The products are mainly used in viscose fiber, celluloid film, ham sausage packaging film, sponge and other cellulosic products production. The project can be replaced the process of chemical degradation of cellulose and the process of the sulfonic acid esterification with serious pollution and high energy consumption. It is a typical energy-saving and environmental protection projects.
At present, the domestic viscose fiber industry and other related industries annually consume about 2 million tons of cellulose pulp, for preparation regenerated cellulose products of viscose fiber, celluloid film, ham sausage packaging film and sponge etc. But the process involves chemical degradation of cellulose and the use of a large number of carbon disulfide, caustic soda, sulfuric acid and other chemical agents , Its serious environmental pollution, high energy consumption. It needs urgent technical transformation. This project can effectively solve the environmental pollution and high energy consumption problems. In this project, each production unit is about 20 million yuan investment, annual processing 3 tons to 40 thousand tons of cellulose pulp, can save energy more than 30%, can save more than 20% chemicals consumption. According to the current domestic situation estimates, The entire country needs about the production equipment more than 60 sets. The market value is about 1 billion 200 million yuan. Its market value for developmenthas is great.
