离子交换纤维重金属废水处理新技术

  (中文) 简介:随着社会发展和工业化进程的加快,我国主要水系在内的江河湖海以及地表水均遭到不同程度的污染,由化工、电镀等行业造成的重金属工业废水,如果不对其进行回收不但是一种极大的资源浪费,而且还会经食物链富集对环境形成持续性危害,近年来吸附分离功能纤维由于含有特殊的官能团,在重金属业废水的资源化治理方面发挥越来越重要的作用。该项目以聚丙烯纤维为原料,通过优化工艺、反应试剂的重新筛选,开发了强酸和强碱离子交换纤维,该方法具有制备工艺简单,成本明显降低,无废液排放,反应液液可以循环使用等优点。针对重金属废水特点,该项目研发了以离子交换纤维为核心的铬、镍、铜等重金属废水处理及回收利用新工艺, 处理后废水中重金属污染物的含量可以稳定达到 (GB21900-2008)中表3的排放限值。。

  技术特点:该技术具有重金属处理效率高、药剂耗量少、有价金属可回收、危险废物产生量少扥特点。

  应用范围:含铬、镍、铜等重金属的废水。

  (英文)Introduction: With the acceleration of social development and industrialization, China's major water system, including rivers, lakes and surface water are subject to varying degrees of pollution. If the heavy metal-enriched industrial wastewater caused by chemical, electroplating and other industries is not recovered, it will not only be a great waste of resources, but also lead to persistent environmental damage via the food chain enrichment. In recent years, adsorption and separation of functional fibers have played an increasingly important role in the heavy metal industry wastewater management due their special functional groups. The method has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost and no waste liquid discharge, and the reaction liquid can be recycled by using the polypropylene fiber as raw material and the re-screening of the reaction reagent. In view of the characteristics of heavy metal wastewater, the project developed a new technology for the treatment and recycling of heavy metal wastewater such as chromium, nickel and copper with ion exchange fiber as Core material.

  Technical characteristics: The technology has high efficiency of heavy metal treatment, low consumption of pharmaceuticals, recyclable valuable metals, and less production of hazardous waste.

Applications: chromium, nickel, copper and other heavy metal wastewater.
