(中文)该技术是我单位2014年主持完成的省级科研成果，豫科鉴委字[2014]第939号，鉴定结论为“国内同类研究的领先水平”。创新点包括：1）、完成了电子束辐照对饲粮中常见贮藏害虫的生物学效应研究；2）、明确了电子束对饲料微生物的辐照效应； 3）、完成了电子束辐照对饲料中几种常见外源有害物的降解效应的研究探索。4）、完成了电子束对常见饲料抗营养因子和营养品质的影响研究
应用范围与市场前景：随着畜牧业在国民经济中地位的提高，畜禽产品已成为现代食品加工业的重要原料来源。饲料是畜牧业的前提与基础，利用绿色、低碳、安全的食品辐照技术，来保障饲料的贮藏和饲喂安全性，对保障我国食品安全和国民经济的健康发展具有重要的现实意义。该技术成本低廉，优势明显，市场需求量大，产业化前景良好。
效益分析：本技术得到产业化应用，达产时，专用型电子加速器辐照示范装置年技术服务收入280万元，利税146.8万元。将本技术规范应用于辐照加工企业，达产时，年新增辐照技术服务收入1200万元。本项技术应用于饲粮企业每年能减少饲粮虫霉危害直接损失约合9500万元。

(英文)This technology is the provincial scientific research achievement which was completed by our unit in 2014. Henan science and Technology Commission named "[2014] no. 939", identified as the "leading level of similar research in China."". The innovation points include: 1), The study of biological effects of electron beam irradiation on the effects of common storage pests completed; 2), The effect of electronic beam irradiation on microbial feed; 3), Completed the study of electron beam irradiation on feed in several common degradation effects of exogenous harmful substances exploration. 4) The effect of electron beam on the nutrition and nutritional quality of common feed was studied.

The technology has the advantages of low cost, obvious advantages, large market demand and good prospect of industrialization.
