新型多功能土壤修复菌剂

  (中文) 有机磷农药在国内外农业中作为主要的杀虫剂,由于其大多属于中高毒性农药,且多具有内吸毒性,在环境中残留量大,难以被微生物降解,在保护农作物的同时,也造成环境的严重污染,并且已经危及到人体健康。项目组经过三年的努力,采用统计分析学、过程优化等多种手段,系统地对降解微生物的酶学性质、生物配比量、工业生产过程等关键参数进行优化,最终获得了新型多功能土壤修复菌剂。它不仅能快速降解土壤中有机磷农药,而且还具有活化土壤、还原六价铬和增产防虫的多种功效。利用该菌剂进行有机磷农药的降解和土壤的修复具有高效、廉价、无毒、无残留和无二次污染等多种优点。与其它OPS降解菌剂相比,该菌剂具有生物量大、适应性广、抗逆性强、耐高温、遗传性状稳定,且降解酶系丰富,降解底物范围广等特点,可用于大面积土壤和水体中有机磷农药污染的修复。因此,该项目的实施不仅能从源头上对污染的土壤进行修复净化,有效消除土壤有机磷农药污染对人们健康的威胁,而且还能活化土壤,达到增产增收和环保的双重目的。该项目研究成果于2016年6月通过省科技厅组织的专家鉴定,整体技术达到国内领先水平,具备了产业化开发的技术水平和能力,并且该产品具有广阔的推广应用前景。

  (英文) Organophosphorus pesticide ( Ops) as the main pesticides in agriculture at home and abroad, due to its mostly belongs to the high toxic pesticides, and has the drug resistance, residues in the environment, difficult to microbial degradation, at the same time of protecting crops, also caused serious pollution of environment, and endanger the human health. The team after two years of efforts, the use of a variety of means such as statistical analysis, process optimization, systematically on enzymology properties of microorganisms, the biodegradation with herself, key parameters, such as industrial production process is optimized, finally obtained the new agent. It not only can rapidly degrade organophosphorus pesticides in soil, but also has many functions, such as activating soil, reducing six valence chromium,increasing production and preventing insects.Using the agent to the degradation of organophosphorus pesticide and the repair of the soil with high efficiency, cheap, non-toxic, no residue and no secondary pollution and other advantages. Compared with the other OPS degrading bacteria, the bacteria agent has large biomass, wide adaptability, strong resistance, high temperature resistant, stable genetic traits, and rich, degrading widely degradation of the substrate, etc, can be used for the repair of large area of organophosphorus pesticides in the soil and water pollution. Therefore, the project implementation can not only from the source to repair contaminated soil purification, effectively eliminate the soil organic phosphorus pesticide pollution threat to people's health, but also can activate soil, to increase production and the dual purpose of environmental protection. The results of this project were verified in June 2016 by experts from Henan science and technology Department. The overall technology has reached domestic advanced level. The technology was mature enough to industrialization. The product exhibits broad application prospects.
