_新型复合微生物肥料__

  (中文) 针对我国化肥过量使用的问题,本项目组通过功能菌株的筛选、复配、优化代谢产物发酵条件和芽孢制备工艺、细胞固定化、定植促生机理及大田肥效试验等一系列的试验研究,研制出了一系列新型小麦、玉米等专用复合微生物肥料。该复合微生物肥料的功能菌株不但具有高效解磷解钾固氮的作用,而且还具有产生植物生长激素和多种氨基酸等多种功能,有促进作物生长、防病、增产等多种功效。它既具有氮磷钾复合肥的速效性又有微生物肥料的长效性。另外,该新型复合微生物肥料还具有生产工艺简单、周期短,成本低;产品功能全,应用效果好;对环境友好,易于推广等优点,该产品自推广应用以来,在河南、山东、江苏等省市在小麦、玉米上分别累计推广51万亩和100万亩,平均亩增产率分别达8.36% 、3.45%以上,小麦、玉米累计增产分别为2.13万吨和2.07万吨,累计增收分别为4263.6万元和3726万元。取得了良好的社会经济效益。本项目的实施,将有效减少化肥施用量,减轻乃至消除因化肥过量施用带来的危害,在绿色可持续农业发展中发挥重要作用。该项目研究成果于2016年6月通过省科技厅组织的专家鉴定,整体技术达到国内领先水平,具备了产业化开发的技术水平和能力,并且该产品具有广阔的推广应用前景。

  (英文) Serious environment and safety issues are caused as a result of the overuse of chemical fertilizer in China. A series of new compound microbial fertilizers applied to wheat and corn were developed in our team through systematic researches such as: screening and complex formulation of functional strains, optimization of fermentation conditions of metabolites and preparation technology of spore, cell immobilization study, mechanism of colonization promoting and promotive effects on plant growth researches and efficiency test in the field. The compound microbial fertilizer possesses good performances on growth promoting, disease preventing, production increasing and so on because functional strains in the fertilizer not only exhibit high abilities of P-releasing, K-releasing and nitrogen fixation, but also can produce plant growth hormone and various amino acids. It shows both readily availability of P-releasing, K-releasing compound fertilizer and the long-term effect of microbial fertilizer. In addition, the new compound microbial fertilizer has the advantages of simple production process, short cycle, low cost, good product function, good application effect, environment friendliness, easy popularization, etc. The application of this product in wheat and corn has been extended to Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu and other provinces. Good social and economic benefits were achieved. The extension areas are up to 510 thousand mu and 1 million mu; average increasing ratio per mu were more than 8.36% and 3.45%; the cumulative increase production were 21,300 and 20,700 tons; and the cumulative income were 42,636,600 Yuan and 37,260,000 Yuan in wheat and corn, respectively. Implementation of the project will effectively reduce the amount of fertilizer application, reduce and eliminate the harm caused by excessive use of chemical fertilizers, and play an important role in the development of green sustainable agriculture. The results of this project were verified in June 2016 by experts from Henan science and technology Department. The overall technology has reached domestic advanced level. The technology was mature enough to industrialization. The product exhibits broad application prospects.
