(中文) 纳豆激酶( Nattokinase )是纳豆发酵过程中产生的一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,具有很强的血纤维蛋白选择性溶解能力和专一性,不易引起出血。纳豆激酶安全性好,不易失活,可口服使用。我们经多年研究,选育出1株纳豆激酶高产菌株并完成菌株产酶的发酵参数优化研究、体外溶栓实验和发酵中试研究,发酵中试时菌株酶活稳定,达到国内溶栓保健品的领先水平,项目研究成果于2011年3月通过省科技厅组织的专家鉴定,2015年获得国家食品药品监督管理总局颁发的国家保健品批准证书:豫科生物牌纳豆胶囊G20150836,具备了产业化开发的技术水平和资质。
(英文) The Nattokinase is a kind of serine protease that produces in the process of soybean fermentation , have a very strong blood fibrin dissolving capacity , no easy to aroused a bleeding. The enzyse stabilizing and not easy to lose activity , can be used orally in the stomach or intestines. By breeding studying and the fermentation parameter optimization experiment,we gained 1 nattokinase high yield bacterial strain and accomplished the dissolving tries studying in the lab.The activity were the maximal unit enzyme activity at present,and gained the National Approval Certificate for Health Food (China). Therefore, the project product had the engineering level and being used for health care or put to use in production of function food exploitation.
