(中文) 本项目应用紫外线和亚硝酸微生物菌种诱变技术,选育出优良里氏木霉菌株xy07。采用里氏木霉xy07、黑曲霉Y06混菌固态发酵工艺生产富含木聚糖酶、纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶、酸性蛋白酶小麦饲粮酶制剂产品。
项目2014年通过河南省科技厅组织的成果鉴定,2016年获河南省科技进步叁等奖。具备饲料添加剂产品的生产资质,产品主要用于畜牧养殖业和饲料工业。
随着小麦饲粮酶制剂技术发展和产品推广应用,小麦替代玉米的应用技术已基本成熟,替代配方日臻完善,替代后日粮营养水平已经完全可以满足动物的需求。产品应用,可有效减少小麦抗营养因子对畜禽生产性能的影响,提高小麦饲粮利用率,降低饲料成本,促进动物生长,提高养殖经济效益。产品安全、无毒、无残留,符合绿色饲料添加剂的要求和国家大力发展生态农业和绿色食品的产业化政策,具有重大的推广应用价值。
(英文) In this project, we have applied the technique of ultraviolet and nitrite microbial strain to breed the fine strain Trichoderma reesei xy07. The magnitude of Trichoderma reesei xy07, Aspergillus niger Y06 mixed solid state fermentation process producing wheat based diet enzyme products that have xylanase, cellulase, β- glucanase, acidic protease.
The result of identification by Henan provincial Science and Technology Department in 2014, and the project have got the Henan provincial science and technology progress the third prize in 2016. Our company has the production qualification of Feed additives, the product is mainly used for animal husbandry and feed industry.
As wheat fodder enzyme preparation technology development and product popularization and application, the application of wheat alternative maize technology has been basically mature, improving alternative formula, diet nutrition level has been meet the need of animal completely after alternative. The product application can reduce the impact of wheat anti nutritional factors on the production performance of livestock and poultry effectively, and improve the wheat diet utilization rate, reduce feed costs, promote animal growth, improve the economic benefits of aquaculture.
