(中文) 简介:本项目分别选用PBS、PBAT作为基体材料,以麦秸粉作为增强材料,利用共混复合技术和辐射技术,开发出了可生物降解麦秸粉/PBS复合材料和麦秸粉/PBS/PBAT复合材料。
技术特点:麦秸粉/PBS复合材料的降解速率显著提高。麦秸粉/PBS和麦秸粉/PBS/PBAT复合材料经辐射后,提高了拉伸强度和弯曲强度。用麦秸粉填充PBS,既降低了成本,又提高其刚性。
应用范围:一次性制品。
市场前景和效益分析:麦秸粉/PBS复合材料既有效利用农业废弃物,有减少了石油的消耗,降低了成本,是一种前景十分广阔的环境友好材料。与纯PBS相比,改性后的麦秸粉/PBS复合材料(麦秸粉:20wt%)使其弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量分别提高120.7%和347.3%,热变形温度提高约15℃;而且成本降低约19%;其综合性能优良。

(英文)Introduction: this project developed the biodegradable wheat straw powder /PBS composites and wheat straw powder/PBS/PBAT composites,adopting PBS and PBAT as basic material, using wheat straw powder as a reinforcing material, and utilizing blending technology and radiation technology.
Technical features: the degradation rate of wheat straw powder /PBS composites increased significantly. The tensile strength and bending strength of wheat straw powder /PBS and wheat straw powder /PBS/PBAT composites are improved after radiation. The PBS is filled with wheat straw powder, which can not only reduce the cost but enhance its rigidity.
Scope of application: disposable products.
Analysis of market prospect and benefits: wheat straw powder /PBS composites can not only utilize agricultural wastes, but reduce the consumption of oil, thus reducing the cost, which is a environmental friendly material, and has a very broad prospect. Compared with pure PBS, the tensile strength and tensile modulus of modified wheat straw powder /PBS composites (wheat straw powder: 20wt%) increased by 120.7% and 347.3%;the thermal deformation temperature of increased about 15 degree centigrade;and the cost is reduced about 19%.In summary,it has excellent comprehensive performance.
