泡沫炭的这些优异的特性使得其在航天航空、军事、民用等多领域有着广泛的应用,并且近期电池电极材料、生物环境材料、特殊条件催化剂的研究兴起,又为泡沫炭在能源、生化环保、催化等领域的应用注入了新的活力。
采用高温发泡和低温成型技术相结合,根据不同的应用需求制备出不同性质的泡沫炭材料。以泡沫炭为基体制备多种应用复合材料,具有很大的应用优势。
(英文) Carbon foam is a lightweight porous carbon materials with three dimensional network structure. Carbon foam has the following advantages: low density, high thermal shock resistance, good thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, moreover it can be used to multi-purpose, high-performance composite material and metal or nonmetal material by composited metal or nonmetal material.
Carbon foam has been widely used in many fields, such as aerospace, military, civilian. And energy, biological environmental protection, catalytic application has injected new vitality, with the carbon foam joining recently.
Carbon foam with different properties was prepared using high temperature foaming and molding technology at low temperature. Carbon foam has a great application advantages as a new carrier.er the optimized conditions, the yield of DMFDMA was 85.41% and the purity was 97%.
