(中文) 在己二酸的生产过程中,结晶的母液中含有己二酸(含量30 %)、戊二酸(含量50 %)、丁二酸(含量20 %)等二羧酸的混合物(尼龙酸),其年产量可达万吨,其中约有一半左右是戊二酸, 戊二酸是极其重要的化工原料,在化学、建筑、医药、农业等领域具有广泛的应用。目前, 戊二酸的市场售价是尼龙酸的四十倍左右。研究开发分离、提纯戊二酸,既可以增加产品的附加值,又可降低己二酸的生产成本,具有极其重要的研究意义。本分离和精制工艺经预处理、化学改性、脱除、精制、副产物回收等过程得到含量大于99 %的戊二酸产品,戊二酸提取率在80%以上,副产的混合二元酸可作为商品尼龙酸出售。
(英文) In the process of production of adipic acid, crystallization mother liquor containing adipic acid(content 30%), glutaric acid(content 50%), succinic acid (content 20%) mixture of mixed dicarboxylic acid (nylon acid), the annual output of up to million tons, of which about half is glutaric acid, glutaric acid is an important chemical industry in raw materials, chemical, construction, medicine, agriculture and other fields has been widely used. At present, the market price of glutaric acid is about forty times of nylon acid. Research and development of separation and purification of glutaric acid.
