(中文) 本项目首次全面系统地进行了农业废弃物的干燥、粉碎、成型特性和机理的研究;研发出多个具有国际先进水平的成熟高效、可独立使用的农业废弃物干燥、粉碎、成型及燃烧、气化等关键设备;在国内首次研究设计出一体化、智能化预处理工艺及整套设备;首次研究建立了高效合理的大规模成型燃料产业清洁发展模式及规范的生产体系;从能源消耗和环境排放出发,建立了成型燃料的生命周期能源消耗、环境排放分析模型;建立了成型燃料生产厂原料最佳收集模式、清洁生产模式、成型燃料产业发展模式,建成了我国最大规模的农业废弃物成型燃料生产应用基地。
(英文) The project was the first comprehensive and systematic study of agricultural waste drying, crushing, forming characteristic and mechanism research; a plurality of international advanced level with the mature and efficient, can independently use agricultural waste drying, crushing, forming and combustion, gasification key equipment; at home for the first time in research and design intelligent pretreatment process and a full set of equipment integration, for the first time; study has established a reasonable and efficient mode of mass briquette industry clean development and standardized production system; from the view of energy consumption and environmental emissions, set up life cycle energy molding fuel consumption, environmental emission analysis model; established the briquette production plant raw materials best collection mode, the mode of the cleaner production, briquette industry development model, built agricultural wastes briquette production base in China's largest application.
