  霍乱是由01群或0139群霍乱弧菌引起的急性肠道传染病，是《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的甲类传染病。本产品是利用单克隆抗体胶体金标记技术和膜层析技术研制而成。本试纸条具有操作简便、快速灵敏、不需仪器设备、保质期长、能够同时检测大量样品等优点，可用于定性检测样品中的霍乱弧菌，适用于疾控系统应急检测及医院腹泻病门诊，从而实现对霍乱病例的快速筛查。

    该产品技术曾获国家发明专利，产品处于试生产阶段，一旦产品投放市场，将很快会替代现有的产品，市场占有率将迅速扩大，经济效益非常可观。

  Cholera is an acute intestinal infectious disease ,which caused by O1 or O139 Vibrio cholerae. Vibrio cholerae infectious disease is A Class infectious disease prescribed by Law of the People 's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. This product is made with monoclonal antibody, colloidal gold labeling technology, and Membrane chromatography. This test strip has several advantages, and its operation is simple, quick, sensitive and need no equipments. This test strip has long shelf life. It can detect a large number of samples at the same time. It can be used for qualitative detection of Vibrio cholerae in samples. It is suitable for emergency detection and hospital diarrheal disease outpatient clinic. This strip can achieve rapid screening of cholera cases.

  This strip has won National Invention Patent. This strip is in trial production stage. When this strip is on the market, it will soon replace the existing products. And it will have a large market share, resulting in greater economic benefits.
