项目简介：本项目立意为实现畜禽粪便等固体废弃物资源的变废为宝，循环利用。通过畜禽粪便和农作物废弃物配方优化、高效快速分解菌剂、活性功能菌剂的添加、连续增氧高温快速发酵等技术和设备，实现有机废弃物的优质腐熟，达到无刺激气味、无害化等指标；发酵后的物料再经过后续加工研制及成型工艺，转化为商品有机肥和有机无机肥等一系列产品。
技术特点：
1.添加高效快速分解菌剂加快有机物料中大分子分解成为小分子；
2.利用连续增氧高温快速发酵等技术促进有机物料的快速腐熟；
3.加入活性功能菌剂，提高有机肥中有效氮、磷、钾的含量，对改良土壤提高植物的产量、品质，有着很好的促进作用。
应用范围：种植秸秆、畜禽粪便、污水处理厂的消化污泥、沼渣等固体废弃物。
市场前景：农业部今年1号文件强调耕地质量提升、化肥农药减量增效和农业废弃物资源化利用。项目的实施不仅能加快畜禽粪便等废弃物无害化、资源化，实现有机肥料替代化肥，推动种养循环利用，解决因过多施用化肥导致农产品质量下降，特别是土传病害加重的问题，实现绿色发展和“两型社会”建设。农业部和国家发展改革委联合发布《保护性耕作工程建设规划（2009-2015）》到2015年全国新增保护性耕作面积1.7亿亩。根据我国各地对农产品结构调整的部署来看，全国最少约有3000-3500万公顷为绿色食品发展基地，预计需施用1.4-1.5亿吨高效有机肥。我国大多数市、县均是以农业为主，农业种植面积大多在100-150万亩，每年用肥量约在20-30万吨，而这类商品有机肥产品几乎还是空白，根据本地区农业现状，粮食、经济作物、蔬菜、果、茶作物均需要施用这类肥料。因此，无论从国家发展战略的宏观层面，还是从我国种养业的可观实际
出发，开发生态有机肥系列产品市场前景广阔。
效益分析：利用廉价的生产原料生产商品有机肥料（达到NY525-2012标准），生产成本在400-500元/吨，利润在100-200元/吨；生产有机无机肥料（达到GB18877-2009标准），养分含量25%，有机质20%的产品，生产成本在1800-1900元/吨，出厂价在2200元左右，空间利润在200-300元/吨。按年产量3万吨（有机肥料与有机无机肥料2:1）计，年销售收入达3200万元，年净利润达300万元。增加就业机会。有机肥料和有机无机肥料的生产和应用，使固体废弃物可以变废为宝，缓解废弃物的环境污染；可促进本地区和本省生态农业的可持续发展，保障粮食和食品安全，造福于广大人民群众。
