(中文)传统有机肥、复合肥、有机—无机复混肥的生产,造粒后都需要烘干和冷却工序,不仅消耗大量能源、污染环境,且成本居高不下。为有效解决这些问题, 我们开发了一种廉价并含有植物营养元素的免烘干/免冷却材料,不仅可替代膨润土等无效的黏结材料, 还可实现免烘干和冷却环节,大幅降低生产成本,提高养分含量。对新建装置,可节约设备投资50%以上。
(英文)Raditional organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers and organic-inorganic fertilizers, all need drying and cooling after granulation process. It caused large energy consumption, environmental pollution, and high cost. In order to solve these problems, a new material was developed which contains plant nutritions. It can replace invalid bonding materials such as bentonite, and compound granulating process free from drying and cooling realized. So it can greatly reduce the production cost, save equipment investment of more than 50%,and improve the nutrient content.
