  (中文) 光伏独立发电系统是太阳能发电不进入电网，满足局部直流或交流负载应用的电力系统。系统由太阳电池阵列、蓄电池、逆变器控制器组成，其安装使用不受限制，适用于公共电网不能到达的边远地区。

该项目已经在河南省新县“户户通”工程得到应用，共建6户，每户负载功率500W，每天工作3h，发电量平均约为2kwh/天，可连续3～5个阴雨天正常供电，能够较好满足用户照明、看电视等用电需要，运行稳定可靠，工程质量满足设计要求。

  (英文) The system is that the power generated by solar cell is used to fulfill local DC or AC application instead of combining to the grid. The system consists of solar cell array, storage battery, inverter and controller. It has no restriction in installation, especially suitable for remote region where there is no public power gird.

It has been widely used in Xin County, Xinyang, Henan Province for “Connection Door to Door” project. The system can provide durative power supply for 3~5 cloudy or rainy days with load 500W on average per door, using 3 hours per day, generating 2 kWh electricity per day. It’s proved that this can fulfill power demand for life lighting, watching TV, and other small load production. Now every set works well, smoothly and stably, fulfilling the need of lighting and TV watching wonderfully. The quality of the project fits the requirement of the former design.
