  (中文）VCAA系列羟基氯醋树脂是河南省科学院化学研究所最早在国内开发生产，生产工艺成熟，产品质量稳定。该树脂系采用两步法制造的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-乙烯醇三元共聚物，该产品是我公司针对国内溶剂型凹版油墨和塑胶涂料市场所开发。通过对其制造及后处理工艺进行改进，使产品的综合性能得到较大提升，更适用于国内油墨涂料行业。

    产品技术指标如下：

1、 外观：       白色粉末

2、 相对粘度：   1.25；

3、 VAC含量：   4-6%；

4、 VAL含量：   5-6%；

5、 K值：       46-48；

6、 挥发份：    ﹤0.5 %；

7、 黑黄点：    ﹤24个/100g；

8、 堆积密度：   0.6g/ml。

    VCAA树脂在油墨及涂料领域的应用中，具有产品白度高、色泽均一性好，溶解性提高、溶液透明性优异，产品耐热性、贮存稳定性更佳等诸多优点。此外，VCAA树脂具备羟基改性氯醋树脂固有的其他特性。如较好的拉伸强度、柔韧性、耐化学品性及对各种基材的附着力等；与其它的成膜物质如：聚氨酯弹性体、环氧树脂等相容性良好，可与它们配合使用以进一步提高产品的性能；同时羟基官能团可用于热固性双组份体系的交联反应，以得到具有更优异的耐化学品性及耐水性涂层。

    目前，该产品已经在国内广东、上海、浙江、福建及山西等省份的多家大型油墨生产企业得到应用，VCAA羟基改性氯醋树脂优异的性能、适中的价格得到了广大用户的认可，在国内油墨塑胶涂料市场中已逐步替代进口同类产品，并出口美国、韩国、印度及东南亚等国际市场。

  （英文）Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetate-Vinyl Alcohol Terpolymers are first producted by Institute of Chemistry, Henan Academy of Sciences in China, and can be used for a wide range of coatings applications, including printing inks, paper coatings, metal decorative and magnetic medium. The resins have many advantages, for example, crosslinkable with amino resins or polyisocyanates, compatibility with other generic resins, resistance to water, alcohols, and aliphatic hydrocarbons, adhesion to vinyl resin, cellulosic and treated polyester and PE substrates, heat-sealable, tasteless and odorless.The series of resins are sold the foreign market and a dozen provinces in China for its excellent properties, steady quality and cost performance.

VCAA resins are a series of  polymers with different molecular weight partially hydrolized vinyl chloride vinyl acetate resins. They are supplied as a white powder.

The resins can be used for a wide range of coatings applications, including printing ink, wood finishes, paper coatings, metal decorative and container coationgs, and as a binder in magnetic tape.
