  (中文) D3000系列共聚酯多元醇产品是具有端羟基的中分子量线性共聚酯树脂，是决定反应型聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂性能的关键原材料，该系列产品的开发成功将极大地促进单组分聚氨酯反应型热熔胶技术的发展。D3000系列共聚酯多元醇产品分子量一般为2500～8000，本技术采用真空熔融法，利用多种二元酸和多元醇在220～260℃下进行缩聚反应，严格设计和控制生成物的分子量、羟值、酸值、粘度、玻璃化温度和软化点，并采用自制高效催化剂，制造出能够满足生产具有各种特性的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶需要的D3000 系列共聚酯多元醇产品，各项性能指标达到进口同类产品水平，可以取代进口产品。该项目已获得国家发明专利四项和科技鉴定成果两项。该系列产品主要用于生产反应型聚氨酯热熔胶，广泛应用于汽车、木工家具、建材、织物复合、电子电器制造等领域。目前市场容量为20000吨/年，售价为2~5万元。建设5000吨/年生产装置，需设备投资1500万元，可实现产值1.5亿元，创利税3000万元左右。

  (英文)D3000 series polyester-polyols are key raw materials for one-component moisture-curable hotmelt polyurethane adhesives and sealants(PUR). D3000 series products are linear copolyesters with primary hydroxyl functionality and medium molecular weight.

D3000 series products are divided into three basic groups based on their morphology:

D3100 series are amorphous solid which are used to shorten open time, increase initial strength, melt viscosity and improve adhesion to polar substrates.

D3200 series are pasty liquid which are used to increase flexibility and open time, lower melt viscosity and improve adhesion to non-polar substrates.

D3300 series are partially crystalline solid which are designed to shorten open time, lower melt viscosity and increase initial strength. 

D3000 series copolyesters allow tailor-made formulation of reactive PUR hot melts with low application temperatures and high heat resistance. Reactive hot melt Polyurethane adhesives and sealants are widely used in automotive industry, woodworking industry, packaging industry, construction industry and textile industry.
